Just as each celebration is unique, there are many faces to the Elegant Music Jazz Trio. We like all kinds of music and enjoy playing everything from formal events to pool parties.

Add Guitar = Classic Rock Too…
Traditionally the Elegant Music Jazz Trio features Piano, String Bass and Drums.
Instruments are added to play the music requested or to fit the style or theme of the event.
Here is a video of the Elegant Music Jazz Trio with Rock Guitar (Keyboard, Electric Bass, Drums and Guitar) performing “I Shot The Sheriff” during a “postponed Christmas party” in May 2022. I take no credit for the cinematography of this short video. I had given my camera/phone to a guest (because I was busy playing piano) and they shot the video as best as they could.

Jazz @ The Langham
Talking about music is a lot of fun; one great song leads to another :-) I think helping plan music that fits the client’s vision for their event is just as much fun as performing.
This client understood that each part of her celebration could have its own music. She wanted music selections from “The Great American Songbook” for her cocktail hour. Here is the Elegant Music Jazz Trio playing on the Viennese Terrace at the Langham.
Pool Party With Pink Poodles at the Purple House
This annual event (a birthday party) affectionately known as “The Purple House Gig”. This version of the Elegant Music Jazz Trio features Guitar, String Bass and Piano playing Jazz Standards and Covers of Contemporary Popular Music.
Elegant Roof Top Dinner Party with the Elegant Music Jazz Trio
This ensemble plays regularly for social club’s dinner dances at such venues as the Valley Hunt Club, California Club, Annandale Golf Club. At these events Men and Women put on their finest and conduct themselves as Gentlemen and Ladies. A high level of service is routinely presented at these iconic locations. Everyone has a good time.
Putting it all Together
Along with a high level of service, beautiful location, decor and design, music contributes greatly to the atmosphere of any event.
