Lakeside Wedding @ Almansor Court
This was a beautiful morning for a wedding. As I was setting up for the wedding ceremony I saw a man practicing the ancient Chinese art of “Tai Chi” near by . It was beautiful to watch and actually foretold the magic that would happen later that afternoon.
Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was at Almansor Court’s Lakeside Gazebo. I performed Solo Piano for the wedding ceremony processionals and recessional. The bride chose music from a wide range of styles including: Motion Picture Themes, Traditional Chinese Music and The Beatles. Here is the wedding ceremony program:

Master of Ceremonies. Announcements in Chinese
Conducts the festivities of the wedding reception by making announcements. I shared the master of ceremonies responsibilities with wedding coordinator Carol Woo; after I did the grand entrance and first dance, Carol did the and family introductions and acknowledged out of town guests in Chinese.
Elegant Music Jazz Trio
During the lunch reception my Jazz Trio performed. I love playing with this group. We play Swing, Tangos, Contemporary Pop Music and Jazz Standards. See Elegant Music Jazz Trio Video
Traditional Chinese “Guzheng”
On a break there was an amazing performance of the traditional Chinese “Guzheng” (pronounced “goo–chung”) which is like a Zither and in many ways sounds like a Harp.
Variety of Music and Culture
Tai Chi in the park. Solo Piano at lake side wedding. Bi-lingual Announcing. Jazz Trio. Traditional Chinese Guzheng music. DJ Dance Music. What a beautiful day!
Sincerely, Eric Zimmermann
