Resources You Already Have.
While working with a couple planning music for their wedding usually there is a moment when some unique quality or resource presents itself which can be considered and included in the proceedings. These resources come in many forms.
A wedding inspires all participants to contribute. Friends and family rising to the occasion will travel great distances and overcome many obstacles to attend. Just their presence creates the moment. Those with talent may be drawn to perform. Indeed if they are artists they will welcome the opportunity to perform or even expect to perform and that would be their contribution.
Well as it turns out for this wedding “Uncle Bob” had been a professional Trumpet player. Though retired he loves to perform. In the planning process with the family we worked him in to performing with the Elegant Music Quartet for the bride’s processional.
He was great! After the wedding ceremony he “sat in” with the quartet and as it turns out Bob plays Dixieland! Enough said; we had fun!
Guests are resources and just being there at the wedding are contributing to the day and each do it in their own special way.
Congratulations Erika and William!

PS: There are beautiful homes surrounding the Sherwood Country Club Earlier this year after playing for a dinner party at the club the client asked that we continue to perform at his home. This home by the way formerly belonged to tennis pro Andre Agussi. Here is a video of “Brown Eyed Girl” played by the Elegant Music Quartet shot at this beautiful home up the hill from the Sherwood Country Club.
PPS: Part of our service includes that you can come to our office where we can play for you to help workout music for your wedding ceremony and reception.
