Each part of your celebration can have its own music.
Hi!
My name is Eric Zimmermann.
I am a DJ/Master of Ceremonies, Pianist and Bandleader.
Planning music for a wedding is a lot of fun.
Your ideas are important.
I would be happy to help you organize music for your wedding by using an itinerary sketch.
An itinerary sketch shows the sequence of an event and provides a place to your ideas and music requests. This sketch is also a helpful tool to organize your vendors: Photographer, Food Service, Officiant, etc…
It is really very simple:
Let’s say that your wedding goes from 5:00 – 11:00. Here is how the above events look on a time line:
- Prelude Music as guests arrive
- Processionals and Recessional Music
6:00 – 7:00 Cocktail Hour
7:00 Wedding Reception
- Grand Entrance
- First Dance
- Dinner Music
- Dance Music
11:00 Music ends

Putting a Wedding Package Together
Okay, the above is a sketch; these are essential to most weddings. There will be much more detail to talk about. Couples are invited to our office where we play for them and workout the finer details to the above. There is homework to do before our getting together.
- To start, see: Choosing Wedding Ceremony Music.
- For more detail and downloadable planning templates (PDF) see: A Full Evening of Entertainment.
- For ensemble ideas, instrument choices and pricing options see: Wedding Packages.
To make the most of our time it is best to talk by phone and then schedule a meeting. As always, I look forward to hearing your ideas.
Sincerely, Eric Zimmermann DJ/Master of Ceremonies, Pianist and Band Leader Office: 626-797-1795 Cell: 323-270-3650
